Unclaimed Funds Procedures
All unclaimed funds paid into the court pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 347(a) shall be deposited into the United States Treasury. To search for Unclaimed Funds or print the Unclaimed Funds Report, click here.
Although every effort is made to display updated and accurate data, this database is not the official Court record. To ensure accuracy and timeliness, review the docket entries on file with the Court related to the deposit of unclaimed funds for the particular creditor and case of interest. Contact the Court for assistance if needed.
The release of unclaimed funds may occur only after the claimant/filer:
- Files an Application for Payment of Unclaimed Funds with the Court.
- Provides documentation evidencing "ownership" of the unclaimed funds.
